This isn't technical so I can post it here. I've just had my first day here in Orlando for the TechEd conference, although there was no conference today, being Sunday. So we (myself, my boss and another guy) went to MGM/Disney for the day.
I was a little dissapointed, there was only one roller coaster, the Aerosmith one, and while the first few seconds of the ride were really intense, it just got lame after that. Then there was the Hollywood Tower of Terror which was AWESOME except that there was a guy behind me explaining everything that was about to happen to his 5 year old kid and ruining all the surprises for me!
Anyway, I got incredibly sunburned and I can now be technically labeled a Redneck.
The best part of the day so far has been returning to the Hotel, where surprise!, surprise! Happy hour is free! Free beer between 5:30 and 7:30!!! I'm a little lit up right now, and getting ready to head out for dinner, and then we're going to register for TechEd. That should be fun considering we've all drank our share of the bar.
