It's a great place to talk to others of similar lack of belief (if you are a person of lack of belief)

And they also linked to me, so I'm returning the favor. (although it seems my link has dropped off the list of top sites! I guess my slump this last week has had a negative effect on my readership)

But it's so silly. Then i'll create anti-smoking, anti-long hair guys, anti-bla bla etc communities... Especially it's nonsense when we talk about God ;)

I'm not sure I get where you're going. What's the silly part? Atheism isn't "anti-god" but absence of god belief. And in a perfect world, it would be nonsense to proclaim or talk about a persons non-belief in a non-existent deity. However, this is not a perfect world and god-belief is the norm. It's so rampant that the god-believers feel as if they own America and can make everyone else follow their rules if not their god.

In a world such as this it is completely normal for minority groups to band together to discuss defending their rights, share ideas and all in all support eachother.

While I'm no fan of crying "persecution" the fact remains that atheism in America is the last form of accepted (non)religious discrimination.

There's nothing silly about it.
